My journey in healthcare has been driven by a passion for innovation, a global perspective, and a commitment to helping medical professionals deliver the highest standard of patient care. For more than three decades, I have dedicated my career to the medical device and healthcare industry, building relationships based on trust, expertise, and service.

I was born in Italy and spent my formative years living throughout Europe, including Norway, Portugal, and the United Kingdom. Growing up in different countries exposed me to diverse cultures, healthcare systems, and business environments, shaping my understanding of the world and fostering an appreciation for the importance of adaptability and collaboration.

After spending nearly a decade in the United Kingdom, I pursued my Bachelor's degree in Medical Innovation and Enterprise at University College London (UCL). This unique program combined healthcare, technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation, providing a strong foundation for a career focused on advancing medical solutions and improving patient outcomes.
 

In my early thirties, I moved to the United States to pursue my MBA at UCLA, the University of California, Los Angeles. What initially began as an educational opportunity quickly became a life-changing experience. The dynamic healthcare landscape in the United States offered tremendous opportunities to apply my international background and academic training in meaningful ways. More than thirty years later, I am proud to have built both my career and my life in America.

Prior to establishing my own business, I held positions with several leading medical device companies, including Medtronic and other respected organizations within the healthcare sector. These experiences allowed me to work closely with physicians, surgeons, hospitals, outpatient facilities, and healthcare administrators. Through these partnerships, I gained firsthand insight into the challenges healthcare providers face and the critical role that reliable, high-quality medical equipment plays in delivering exceptional patient care.

In August 2013, I founded this company with a clear vision: to provide healthcare professionals with dependable medical equipment, expert guidance, and personalized service. I believed there was a need for a company that combined deep industry knowledge with a customer-first approach, helping healthcare organizations navigate an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving medical environment.

Today, our company proudly serves healthcare providers across a wide range of specialties.
